Today, there are many pretty women and attention of keeping in shape. Moreover, summer is coming soon. So the number of female dieters is increasing. Left graph is aimed at Seoul women’s university. It shows 87% of women’s university students answered that they have tried diet. Therefore, many diets methods appear in these days.

 For example, the most popular method of diet is intermittent fasting. This diets method is eating food that you want to eat in once a day and starving 2 meals. This diet’s method is very popular for female dieters because they can eat everything that they want to eat. When people fast more than 16hours, people can burn more stored fat. So it is effective for burning off fat. This is principle of intermittent fasting. If people eat in once a day what they want to eat and then they fast more than 16hours, they can lose their weight. So it is famous for losing weight in a short period of time.

The other trendy diets method is one food diet. This diets method is eating only one food: tomatoes, potatoes, etc. during the diets period.
